Graphic Designer (Manchester, UK)

Purpose

 

To support the Technology, Research and Product teams, via quality design and effective collaboration and translation, to develop exciting and impactful creative concepts and enhance our visual identity and brand

 

 

Key Objectives

 

Creation of:

·        Infographics

·        Designing market research reports

·        Website  design

·        Research Portal design

·        Marketing collateral

·        Email campaigns

·        Promotional literature

·        Design element of sales pitches and presentations

 

 

Key skills

 

·        Essential: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

·        CSS skills would be preferred, but not essential

·        Time management

·        Flexible approach – You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

·        Work well under pressure – You will often have to work to short deadlines and expect to be challenged on a daily basis.

·        Communication skills

·        Self-motivating

Marketing Coordinator (Manchester, UK)

You will need to be a highly organised individual as you will be responsible for working with a variety of people across the business. You will play a critical support role in providing the sales and account management team with the tools to enable them to engage and influence existing and potential clients. You will also be responsible for developing and managing the marketing plan to create new business opportunities and to build The Insights People credentials. You will be based in our Manchester office.

The purpose of the role is to contribute to making each week better than the last, from providing our sales team with more opportunities to continually improving and refining our marketing assets based on feedback.

Key Objectives

  • To coordinate and oversee all marketing activities
  • To create lead gen content that delivers sales pipeline opportunities for the sales team
  • To coordinate and manage all marketing assets
  • To showcase The Insights People’s credentials

The Role
This position will be predominately located in our Manchester office, and will occasionally require some travel across the UK.

There will be significant development opportunities as we grow our business, not just in the UK but globally, so there is plenty of room for professional development

This position is compensated with a combination of base salary and you will also share in the company’s financial success through bonuses.

This position is a permanent full-time role.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is advantageous but not essential
  • Highly organised and motivated towards continual improvement
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience marketing coordinator role with a track record of first class implementation and achieving results.
  • Proficiency with internet, email, CRM, Skype, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator/Indesign.
  • Some knowledge of market research is helpful, but not essential.

Sales Executive (Manchester, UK)

 

    You will be responsible for working with the UK sales team to play a critical role in growing the Kids Insights and Parents Insights business, and will be based in our Manchester office.

     

    The purpose of the role is to contribute to making each week better than the last, from a sales perspective, driving sales opportunities, initiating relationships and over time building successful long-term relationships – predominately by making contact with potential clients via phone.

     

    Key Objectives

    1. To proactively generate sales and build pipeline,
    2. To build the sales pipeline and opportunities for the UK sales team
    3. To coordinate the sales database

     

    The Role

    This position will predominately based in our Manchester office, and will occasionally require some travel across the UK, both to clients and to conferences. Much of the sales contact work will be conducted via telephone, Skype, and digital communications, and a tenacious but pragmatic approach will enable you to succeed in this role.

     

    There will be significant development opportunities as we grow not just in the UK, with US the first stage of our global expansion, so there is plenty of room for professional development

     

    This position is compensated with a combination of base salary and sales commission. You will also share in the company’s financial success through bonuses.

     

    This position is a permanent full time role.

     

    Key Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree is advantageous but not essential
    • Keen interest in children’s consumer products, media products, and these industries.
    • Highly motivated toward revenue and client success, with proven track record.
    • Minimum 2 years experience business development role with a track record of achieving targets.
    • Preferred experience includes a sales role within the media and marketing industries.
    • Proficiency with internet, email, CRM, Skype, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, mobile apps.
    • Some knowledge of market research is helpful, but not essential.

    Graduate Business Manager

    Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role, where you feel empowered to make each day better than the last?

    You will need to be a highly organised individual as you will be responsible for working with a variety of people across the business. You will play a critical support role in managing and coordinating key business functions such as Operations, HRM and Finance developing and ensuring that the foundations for the businesses’ growth are in place and fit for purpose.

    Your key role will be to drive efficiencies within the business and to ensure that all of the various departments have the tools in place to prosper. You will also be responsible for working with our external HRM consultant to implement HR processes and policies and Financial Controller to ensure that accounts payable and accounts receivable are aligned. You will be based in our Manchester office.

    The purpose of the role is to contribute to making each week better than the last, by driving efficiency and reinforcing our culture of collaboration.

    Key Objectives

    ·  To coordinate and oversee all office duties

    ·  To manage company and office workflows

    ·  To ensure key projects are delivered on time and in budget (such as working with the IT team to manage switch to new Drive structure or the launch of a new product or service)

    ·  To support the COO and CEO with projects

    ·  To develop the businesses’ culture

    ·  IT Proficiency with high levels of knowledge of internet, email, office essential, and a proven track record for learning other IT software quickly and proficiently – specifically WordPress, Hubspot, Trello and Illustrator/Indesign.

    ·  Some knowledge of market research is helpful, but not essential.
